Hey! I'm wondering if you're curious about what it's like here?

What is it like at Back on Track?

When you come to see me, the time is yours. I believe that working through the "tough stuff" can still be interesting and even fun.

You choose how it goes:

  • If you want a quiet day: We can do puzzles, drawing, craft, meditation or explore my fidget collection.
  • If you want a noisy day: We can use music, dancing, or the drums.
  • If you want both: That's perfectly okay, too!

We will work together on the things that feel hard to sort out on your own—like school, sport, friends, or family—in a way that feels right for you.

Your Private Space

What we talk about at Back on Track stays between us. It's your safe place to say what's on your mind without worrying about anyone else hearing it.

The only time I would need to talk to another adult is if I'm worried about you being safe—but if that happens, I will always talk to you about it first.
