I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy, tailored to what you need right now. For some people, focused work using solution-focused and motivational interviewing approaches is the best fit; for others, longer-term therapy drawing on CBT and ACT supports deeper healing and change. You are never locked into a fixed contract — we work at your pace and review as we go. Fees are transparent and discussed upfront, so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
