Beach at sunset: sky, ocean, and people on the sand

Your Space. Your Voice. Your Pace.

Life can get loud, messy and intense. Whether it's stress at school, figuring out who you are, or navigating relationships that feel impossible—you don't have to figure it out alone.

  • No judgement: A private space to work through the things that matter to you, identity, belonging, health, relationships, the future - the big stuff, and even the 'not-so-big' stuff.
  • Real support: Practical tools for anxiety, low mood, and depression—and for untangling your life.
  • Your choice: You don't need to know upfront exactly how you like to work—your feedback matters, and we can try different approaches until we find what fits you.

What's going on?

Sometimes it's hard to put a finger on why things feel "off." I work together with young people navigating issues:

  • Identity & belonging: Figuring out who you are and where you fit.
  • Social pressures: Friendships, bullying, and the digital world.
  • Future stress: Study, "What's next?", and the pressure to perform.
  • Heavy emotions: Managing anger, deep sadness, or the feeling of being "done" with everything.
  • Safety & respect: Navigating sexualised behaviours and healthy boundaries.

Vibe check: what to expect at Back on Track

Walking into a room to talk to someone you don't know can feel awkward at first. I get that. This is a space where you're met as you are—it's a partnership to help you navigate your own world, at your pace.

How I might work with you:

  • Conversational: Sometimes it's just talking it out.
  • Creative & active: Sometimes it's easier to process things through music, drums, or movement and literally getting out of the chair.
  • Practical: Approaches like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) can help you move towards what actually matters to you—beyond what feels 'urgent'.

You lead. Each session is tuned to what you need on the day—whether that's space to let things out, a gentler pace, or going deeper on something important. I follow your lead.

The privacy agreement

Your sessions are confidential. What you say here doesn't get reported back to your parents, school, or anyone else without your permission—except where the law requires something different (see below).

The exception: If there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, I may be legally required to act to keep people safe. If that ever needs to happen, my first step is to always talk with you and involve you in any developing plans—as little or as much as feels right for you. I'm working with you to keep people safe, together.

You're here with someone who'll show up beside you—and help you strengthen what's already yours.
